Commercial Account Manager
Salary : £50K+ OTE uncapped

Silvertec is an IT company based in Milton Keynes seeking an experienced new business manager to expand on the success of 2009 by enlarging their commercial team. This is a real opportunity for an experienced candidate to make their mark in the IT solutions field working for a progressive company small enough to be flexible with client needs but experienced enough to understand the right business solutions. This role is focused on 80% new business development and 20% account management, and requires a candidate with a hunger to develop new accounts and meet targets.
You will promote Silvertec's ability to deliver positive change through technology to business' in the UK and abroad, by creating innovative IT solutions and managed service agreements that suit each client. Using your existing network of contacts you will create and manage your own pipeline of projects and customers, ensuring that you continue to build rapport with existing clients.
You will be responsible for supplying managed and professional IT services to achieve Silvertec's revenue targets for 2010/2011. In addition you will work closely with our operations team to build and support the right solutions for your clients, recommending new technology where appropriate.

- Evidence of ROI and business case development skills based on solutions that you have implemented.
- Excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills.
- Professional manner and articulate with an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- A robust knowledge of the latest technology and internet developments.
- Tenacious, ambitious and a determination to succeed.
- Intelligent, fast learner and self starter.
- Clean driving licence.
